Before undertaking a spiritual practice we should know the science behind the practice itself so we can identify what is being experienced in the body and mind and then understand what the foundation of a daily practice consists of.


Daily Practice Series 1

The first of the 3-part series to ground, support and elevate your practice and mind to a much higher level of awareness. You will learn the foundation of a daily practice and how to create and build your own daily practice. Practice this series first. Then when the body and mind are ready and prepared you can add to your practice by following Series 2. This might be in a week, a month or longer.

Pranayama (Breathing) Practice


Moorchha (Swooning Breath)

Bhramari (Humming Bee)

Yogic Breathing (Full Breath)

Chandra Bheda (Moon Breath)

Experience the profound calming and cooling in the body, while reducing heat in the system, bringing down tension and stress, resulting in lowering high blood pressure.


Bhastrika (Bellows Breath)

This practice burns toxins in the body, balances doshas (the elements), balances and strengthens the nervous system inducing peace and tranquility.


Sheetali (Cooling Breath)

This practice cools the body, reduces mental and emotional excitation, induces relaxation and tranquility while bringing more focus to the mind.
