Khechari Mudra

This practice stimulates a number of pressure points located in the back of the mouth and nasal cavity which influence the whole body. A number of glands are also massaged stimulating the secretion of certain hormones and saliva. The practice reduces the sensation of hunger and thirst, induces a state of calm and stillness, preserves vitality of the body and is especially beneficial for inner healing.

 

Pashinee Mudra

This practice brings balance and tranquility to the nervous system, induces sensory withdrawal, stimulates all spinal nerves and massages the digestive organs.

 

Shanmukhi Mudra

This practice stimulates and relaxes the nerve muscles of the face, introverts awareness and induces a state of sense withdrawal.

 

Yoga Mudra

This practice is an excellent preparatory practice for meditation, inducing a sense of relaxation and relieving anger. It also releases tension bringing on a feeling of tranquility, while stretching the back and opening the nerves which contribute to good overall health.
