Everyone is playing their own ‘movie and docu-series drama’ in their own mind. This is perpetuated by our subconscious old impressions and continued forward 24 hours a day by our thinking.

As we think, we create our new karmas and live out our destiny. We are the actors, directors, and producers of all this never-ending content.

So, letting go of old thought patterns towards ourselves and others or situations is one of the steps to changing our future karma and destiny.

In this practice, you will learn to start this process so you can experience what it is to be free of some of the thoughts that are holding you back from your joy and abundance.
