DAILY PRACTICE SERIES 3

The Daily Practice Series 1 and 2 released in the past month has given you the foundation to start, build and sustain a daily spiritual practice to support you during these difficult times and ultimately for your lifetime.

Many of you have been practicing and evolving your awareness and consciousness beyond what you thought was possible. This is because the depth of the practices and the teachings given is of an ancient yoga lineage that holds power and energy within them. But of course, for this power to manifest it requires your daily effort and energy behind them.

Especially in this time of uncertainty and extreme which is testing our patience and forcing us to question what we are and where we are heading in life, these practices are the main tools we use to not just survive but to move forward without fear or feeling displaced in life.

And all of this is just the beginning of how you will benefit from practicing. There is so much more in store as you create space in your mornings to practice.

Part 3 is the final session of the series and takes you even deeper into the practices and the profound science behind them. If you have been experiencing a fluid and conscious practice from Part 1 and 2 and have that inner knowing that it is time to add part 3 then please do.

If you are still in the motion of understanding and getting to know the first and second part practices then perfect them before moving on.

There is no rush. All that is needed is your effort. The results will happen in their own perfect time.
