DAILY PRACTICE SERIES 2

How have you enjoyed doing your series 1 practice?

Have you noticed how your body is more comfortable and your mind much more focused?

This is a very stabilizing and grounding foundational building practice that gets the mind to find its place of peace.

Often in doing practice, even after many years, we lose our grounding because life happens. This practice is meant for building on over time so you build up from the foundation and never feel unearthed again.

We are putting this practice out for the practitioners who have been practicing series 1 these last few weeks and are ready to add more.

If you are still practicing or getting used to series 1 then don’t move on to series 2 until you are grounded and have formed a solid foundation.

No rush. It is better to do the practice properly than to do more practice that is not complete.
