Preparation for the practice.

Meditations From The Tantras Part One

In this meditation offering, Yogini guides all levels of practitioners into a deep meditative experience using techniques from the Tantras, the ancient science of expansion of consciousness and energy, to awaken and raise one’s spiritual power to the higher energy centers within the body and mind where the qualities of love and compassion, intuition, wisdom and the ultimate union with spirit exist. 

In the meditation you will be taken through practices of sensory detachment which lead to meditative stillness allowing the consciousness to go inward where you will discover psychic pathways of energy within and begin to move spiritual energy upward towards the higher centers. Once these centers have been activated the focus is on expanding the energy within the consciousness and then expanding it to the quantum field where all potential exists. 

Duration: 35 minutes

 

STEP #1

Establish a correct comfortable seated posture so movement is limed and the body becomes still and grounded.

 
 
 

STEP #2

Start to deepen the breath and bring this involuntary action under the control of the mind. This will lower the BP and heart rate calming the nervous system.

 

STEP #3

Focus on the inner rhythm and sound of the heart so that all other outer noise becomes inaudible and doesn't distract your focus.

 

STEP #4

Be comfortable, joyful and easy in your body and face. Relax the facial muscles and bring an inner smile to your being so the energy can flow during the practice. 

 

STEP #5

Hold the Mudra. Place your hands on your knees and bring the index fingers and place them at the base of each thumb.

 

STEP #6

Play the video meditation session and start the practice. Listen to the words while the eyes are closed. This will help to internalize the practice inwards.
